Shipping

Once the order is placed, a confirmation order email will be delivered to the designated email. Eclado aims to deliver your orders within 14 business days nationwide in Australia after every successful payment. Our delivery runs from Mondays to Fridays.

 

All shipping times are estimates. Couriers may exceed these times during high volumes and/or unforeseen delays in their networks.

 

We are not responsible for damages due to mishandling by the courier. We ensure that we check our items before sending them off.
